• The Vehicle Title: Must be signed by both the buyer and the seller.

  Important: The signatures must be notarized. If the title is not notarized, both the buyer and the seller must be present in the office.

• Valid Identification: The buyer must present a valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License or state-issued ID.

• Proof of Insurance: The buyer must provide a current, valid auto insurance card. Insurance can be obtained at our agency, too!
